To create an account on vc44, users must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each individual is permitted only one account; if multiple accounts are detected, all will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between vc44 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to that court's jurisdiction.
